ABOUT ME
For my undergraduate I attended Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma for two years and then attended McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois for three years. In May 2018 I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While at McKendree University my admiration for pollinators grew through the support of my advisors and they encouraged me to continue my education. That led me to pursue a PhD at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK where I am studying native pollinators in roadside habitats.

In addition to academia, I played five years of collegiate level soccer. The love for the game has not faded over the years and I enjoy playing pick-up games when possible. I also enjoy the great outdoors and can be found traveling and exploring often. I believe that if you don't take a step back and cherish the little moments you will miss out on life.
